On October 25, 2023, our day trip will be to Mercer Botanical Gardens. We will tour The Gardens a 60-acre peaceful oasis where visitors can explore and admire gardens of bamboo, color displays, daylilies, endangered species, ferns, gingers, herbs, tropicals, and more. Lunch will be in Old Town Spring at Lynn’s Table. We should have some time to shop afterwards.
The cost is $1.00 for the bus driver’s lunch. Prior to Covid, restaurants comped the bus driver’s lunch but not any longer. The bus will arrive at the Webster Presbyterian church parking lot at 8:15 AM and we will leave at 8:30 AM and return between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. Sign up at the October meetings. The bus will hold 28 members.
